NCR Outstanding Students Commit to Everyday Heroism

With this year’s theme ‘Everyday Heroism’, the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) NCR continues to encourage everybody to go forward and embody an everyday heroin their respective fields; to do, give, and share their talents and abilities despite their circumstances.
